Order Alterations and Cancellations:

Returns and Exchanges:
We only accept exchanges within 14 days of your product's receipt only if there is damage to the products. All items are either exchange or store credit.

- Please note that this warranty does not cover issues caused by user damage (such as scratches or accidental breakage).
- For all warranty replacements, a Shipping and Handling fee of $20 will apply.
30-Day Quality Guarantee for Custom-Made Items:
- If you encounter any defects in craftsmanship or experience breakage due to manufacturing defects within the first 30 days, we offer a free, one-time repair.
- However, please be aware that user damage (such as accidental breakage, scratches) will void this guarantee.
- After the initial 30-day period, a $99 USD Repair Fee will be charged for all custom-made items. 💎✨
Duties and Taxes:
When ordering from outside of Canada and the USA, please be aware that you are responsible for understanding and complying with your destination country's import regulations and associated fees.
International shipments may incur import taxes, customs duties, and fees upon arrival at the recipient's country. These charges are non-refundable.
To ensure smooth customs clearance, it is advisable to provide a reachable phone number where customs authorities can contact you if needed.
We kindly request that you do not refuse shipments or ignore duty and tax charges, as this may lead to delays or returns.
